Good morning, Emre.

Tuesday, 8 September. Two things are waiting for you.

Thursday

Follows Decision 3: the pricing page is out, so the copy loses its pricing section.

The project's agent finished it. Two open questions inside.

Since yesterday: Defne recorded Decision 3, and the brief is at version 4.

From an imagined week on a three-person project:

Alcoven

The last time you explain this project.

Put it in once. Everyone and every AI on it starts from the same record.

Where the time comes back.

No re-briefing.

The new chat reads the brief from the project.

Fewer catch-up meetings.

The client asks where things stand. You answer from the record.

Faster onboarding.

A new freelancer starts from the project, not from asking around.

No redos from the wrong client.

What the other client wanted stays in the other client's project.

Monday: the brief and three decisions go in. Friday: it answers the question you would have asked whoever was in the room.

Competitor scan: the three names from the kickoff

Project agent · draft · 4 Sep 2026 · Research

What this covers

The three competitors the client named on the kickoff call (Client kickoff, notes), read against the brief: how each one introduces its product, what it asks a visitor to do, and what it leaves out. Two open questions for Defne at the end.

Northwind Freight

Leads with a product film and one customer story, then a “book a demo” path. No pricing on the page. The story is a named operations lead, which matches what the brief says our readers trust. The film runs long for a phone.

Cargolane

Opens on a pricing table and a free tier. Three plans, no stories, a support chat in the corner. It reads as a tool, not a service, which is the opposite of the client's position and worth saying plainly on our page.

Portside

A microsite with six pages and a newsletter. Well written, hard to find the product in. The client's “no microsite” decision (Decision 2) looks right next to it.

Two open questions for Defne

Do we name any of the three on our page, or only describe the category? And is the client comfortable with a customer story from a firm that also buys from Northwind?

Brief, decisions, research, tasks. One record. Every person and every AI reads the same one.

What stays yours.

what the AI sees

Your other clients.

Your AI gets this project and nothing else. Every line says who, when, and from which AI.

Alcoven

Decide it once. Everyone's AI knows.

A decision made in a chat goes on record, with who, why and when. Any AI on the project can point to it.

Questions.

Is this another project management tool?

No boards, no statuses, nothing to groom. It holds what a project knows: the brief, the documents, the decisions, who is doing what, and why.

Do I have to stop using the AI I already use?

No. Open the project from the AI you already use, or in the Alcoven app. Same project either way.

We already share a project inside our AI. How is this different?

Good start: the same files for everyone. But a decision made in a chat stays a line in a chat. Nobody on a different AI is a member. Nothing hands out a task. Alcoven does all three.

Will an AI assign me work?

It can. Each time it says why. Wrong? Undo is one step. No decision is recorded without a person's yes.

Who can see a project?

The people you invite, and the project's own agent. Other projects stay out. Nothing is public.

What happens to my data?

Never used to train anything. Export the whole project as plain files, any time.

I work alone. Is it for me?

Yes. One project, every chat, every AI you use. Add a person later and they start with everything.

What does it cost?

The first projects are free. There are only a handful, so we can talk to every team. Pricing after that is not set.
