Refund policy

1. A full refund within 14 days

You can have a full refund of any payment for Alcoven if you ask within 14 days of it. That includes the first payment for a plan, every renewal, and charges for in-app agent use above the included amount, counted from the date of the invoice they are on. You don’t need to give a reason.

2. How to ask

• Write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, and tell us which payment. The receipt or invoice number helps.
• Or go to paddle.net, find your purchase, and ask for the refund there.

Paddle sells Alcoven as our merchant of record, so Paddle issues the refund. It returns the money to the card or account you paid with and sends you a credit note. The money can take a few days to reach you, depending on your bank or payment method.

3. What happens to the plan

A refund of a payment for a plan ends that plan: we cancel the subscription at the same time, and the team moves to Free, as the terms describe. Its projects stay readable, and you can clone them. A refund of a charge for agent use above the included amount leaves the plan as it is.

4. After 14 days

After 14 days, a payment is not refunded, and the plan runs to the end of the period it paid for. You can cancel at any time: nothing is charged after the period ends, and agent use above the included amount that is not yet invoiced when you cancel is not charged either.

Any rights you have under the law where you live apply as well.
