Each person keeps the client’s brief in their own AI’s project or memory, and pastes it again when it changes or when they switch tools.

    Put the client’s brief, tone of voice and files in the project. Each person’s AI reads them when it opens the project, and what it writes goes back under that person’s name.

    Invite the client to read the project, and close the folders they shouldn’t see, like your rates or your internal notes. Anyone who only reads joins free.

  • What changed while you were out.

    Open a document and see what others changed since you last read it, and who changed it.

  • How your studio works, written once.

    Write how you send a client update or review a design as a skill. The agent in the app follows it, and each person’s AI is given it when it opens the project.

  • The next step for whoever runs the account.

    The project’s home gives each person their next step, like a client waiting on an answer, and names what the project still lacks.

    Your AI’s edits are saved to the project.

    Edit a document or add a task from your AI, and your name is on it. Your teammate’s AI reads it the next time it opens the project.

Working from your own AI costs nothing extra on any plan, because we run no model for it.

Do we all need to use the same AI?

Each person opens the project from their own AI: Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or ChatGPT on its Business, Enterprise and Edu plans. Or they work in the app.

Can the client see our rates?

Close the folder your rates are in to the client, and they aren’t in the client’s view of the project, in their AI’s answers or in their search. Folders are open to everyone on the project until you close them.
